On Saturday, September 12th 2009, in Naples Italy, CasaPound occupied the structure of a former monastery which was in a state of complete neglect. Casapound provincial director Giuseppe Savuto issued a statement saying;
“It is unthinkable that in a city like Naples the administration could leave these structures in total neglect and degradation, especially with such high potential for social housing in the neighbourhood.”
The goal is to return the huge structure to local people for living space and meetings.
